Question about China Embassy in Japan

  Where to apply a China visa in Shizuoka?

  I'll be going abroad and my flight requires me to have a stop over in Beijing. So this means that I shoukd have a Chinese visa and I just want also to know if a China visa is also equivalent to transit visa?

• Hi Shane,
  you don't need to apply the Chinese visa, because Japanese passport holders are exempt from Chinese visa for 15 days for the purpose of traveling, family visiting, transiting or business.
