Question about China Embassy in Japan

  I m a foreign student on the Chinese language course in China but
  currently on a temporary visit to Japan
  I would like to begin my postgraguate studies September 2012 in China.
  Please I want to know if I can apply for student visa in the Chinese consulate here.

• I'm afraid you can't get a China student visa in Iapan even if you can provide all the necessay documents, since China embassy and consulate in Japan only issue China student visa to Japanese citizens.
