Question about Guangzhou

  From South America Grand Hotel at Binjiang Xi Road,Haizhu District to Baiyun International Airport

  I would like to ask what would be the best option to travel from Haizhu District to Baiyun Airport in the morning. My flight will leave at 9:50am to Chang Sha. Assume that I need to get to the airport by 7:50am. What would be the best option? If at the end I should take a cab, how much would it cost me?

• Hi Justin,
  it takes at least 1.5 hours if by subway (no direct), and more than 2 hours if by bus from your hotel to the airport.
  as you are going in the early morning, i suggest you book a taxi in advance. you can call 96900 to book one or ask the bellboy in the hotel to book one for you.
  it takes about 30 minutes to the airport if there is no traffic jam (the traffic is usually good in the early morning), and the taxi fare is CNY 100.
