there is a not way of paying pior to your arrival to Shanghai. actually you don't need to book the tikcet in advance. there are 14 buses from Shanghai South Long-distance Bus Station to Wuxi, the buses depart hourly between 06:40 and 19:07. you can get the ticket at the bus station.
