Question about Visa Refusal

  my visa was denied from China due to a misunderstaning of my profession

  I was denied a visa to China, for my vacation on the Viking River Crusie Tour in October. I was told that because I work for a TV production company that they are assuming I am a journalist. I am a phone sales man that sells 5 minute segments to companies about their company. They are corporate videos. What is the best way to explain what I do and my trip is a vacation no business.
