Question about China Visa

  Invitation letter of duly authorized unit

  I have to apply for a F visa and i have an invitation letter from the company but seem like i also need an Invitation letter of duly authorized unit from the chinese government , but i dont understand
  
  how i can get that letter?
  where do i have to ask for?
