  can i apply the D visa after being living in China for 3 years?

  i have being in Beijing for 3 year as an English teacher. I fall in love with a Chinese woman and intend to marry her.
  my question is can I get a permanent residence permit as a foreigner?

• I'm afraid not, you can not get the permanent residence permit.
  but after you get married with your GF, you can apply a Family Visit Visa or Residence Permit in the city you live.
