Question about China Embassy in Philippines

  is the china embassy in cebu open on dec.26-28 and on jan. 2-4, 2013?

  I am a filipina working as a teacher here in china.I need to process my working visa here in china and i have to go back home to the philippines to submit it in the embassy there. i only have those days to process my visa. does anyone knows how long is the processing?thank you.
