  Gym Supplements

  Hi there, just wondering if you are allowed to bring gym supplements such as Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein, BCAA's, pre-workouts (all purchased from bodybuilding.com for personal use) through customs when entering the country. Also, what are the limits and regulations.

• yes, personal items within reasonable quantity are allowed to take (usually the total price should not proceed CNY 2,000). but you'd better declare them at the customs (remember to keep the receipt of them when purchasing)
