you can walk west along the austin Road and turn left to Canton Road, go forward and you will find the China Ferry Terminal after about 300 meters.
Singaporean passport holders are exempt from Macau visa for 30 days, so you do not need to apply the visa unless you are going to stay more than 30 days there.
