  Visa for 12 hr stopover stay at Pullman Baiyun Airport Guangzhou Hotel

  Does an Indian Passport holder (Permanent resident of Australia) need a visa for a 12 hours stopover if they are only staying at the Airport Hotel (Pullman Baiyun Airport Guangzhou)? If yes, can I get that visa free of charge at airport on arrival?
