  when I will be promoted as I a Govt Employee and born on 21 Oct,1974 and what will be financial status for the year2013 also what will be my health condition since I have already had a heart attack at the age of 38 .

• the year 2013 is good for your career as it is said you will be offered help from some good guy.
  as for your health condition, you should care more about your body, especially pay attention to your diet.
