  Hi!!
  What is departure times of buses to Nantong from Shanghai Long-distance bus station (near railway station)? And what should I say to get the ticket to the nearest bus(can you write in Chinese?)?

• the bus to Nantong leaves every 15 - 25 minutes between 06:00 and 21:00.
  you can show the following sentence to the conductor:
  你好，我需要一张最近一班去南通的车票，谢谢！
  the bus fare is CNY 57 - 70 per person depending on different buses.
