what are the documents i need to summit to get the student visa and where to summit, whether i need to summit original or scanned copy

- the basic documents are:
1. your passport which has more than 18 months left before it expires from the date of application for a visa and 2 sufficient blank visa pages, and a copy of information page of your passport.
2. a completed filled out visa application form and a recently-taken passport size photo.
3. Original and a copy of Foreign Student Visa Application Form issued by the Education Ministry of the People's Republic of China.
4. Original and copy of Admission Notice issued by the university in China.
5. Original and copy of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners signed by doctors from an Indian state hospital.( The photo on the Record should be stamped by the hospital and valid for 6 months since issued date)
6. Personal Written Statement (with details as follows: Destination, name, address and contact number of the inviting company or person).
