- yes, of course you can. but the old carving has to been rubbed down, which may make your chop smaller.

- Thanks so much for your prompt response. Not a problem if the chop is smaller. What is the approximate cost of carving a chop and what is the best way to get the chop to you?

- Hey Carol,
i don't do the business, but just give you advice.
i think you can try to have your chop re-carved at a locol shop, maybe in Chinatown. it won't be too expensive. i have done it once in China, and it costs me only CNY 50. Answered by Vic | Jan. 22, 2013 18:47
