  do toddler and infant dependents for z-visa need to have medical exam?

  I am going to apply for a z visa soon and i have a toddler and an infant. Do they need to have a medical exam as well? Do they need to have personal appearance upon application as well?

• they do not need to have the medical exam. whether they need to have personal appearance upon application is decided by the Chinese Embassy.
