  How do I get a Visitor Visa for my mother?

  I will be teaching in China next year and am in the process of applying for a Foreign Expert "Z" Working Visa. I would like my 78 year old mother (in good health) to visit me for three to four months at a time each year. Which Visa do I need to apply for for her? What is required of her/us to obtain this visa? Many thanks for your help.

• she also need a Z visa as your accompanying family, the documents she needs to provide are: 1. an Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by an authorized Chinese unit
  2. the proof of kinship, e.g. birth certificate
