do you mean the L'hotel Nina et Convention Centre?
if so, you can walk northeast along the Wo Tik Street and turn right to take a bus No. 930 from Lady Trench Polyclinic, Sha Tsui Road bus stop. Get off at Jardine House, Connaught Road Central stop and walk northwest along the road to Central Exchange Square to take bus No. 6X to the Ocean Park.
the last 6X bus leaves from Ocean Park around 20:30.
