Question about Urumqi

if you only stay in Urumqi, you can take summer clothes in early September and autumn clothes (sweater and jacket) in mid and late sept.
if you travel to the north part of Xinjiang, it is cold, and you need to take warm jacket or even down jacket, especially in late sept.
even in Urumqi, it is cold in early morning and at night, so you need to take a jacket with you all the time.
