  Any bus from Pudong airport to Ningbo around 5:30 p.m. May 13? My flight arr. time is 1630 hr.

• no, there's no bus to Ningbo from Pudong airport. but you may consider to take a bullet train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, and there are two trains you can try to catch, the 17:43 and 20:06 trains.
  from the pudong airport, you can take an airport shuttle bus or subway to the hongqiao railway station.
