Can Nepalese with Hong Kong tourist visa apply for Macau visa in Chinese Consulate in Hong Kong?
I am a HK permanent ID holder but my wife and children are Nepalese passport holders. We are coming to Hong Kong for a short holiday. We have visas for Hong Kong but want to take a day trip to Macau. Can we apply for a Macau visa at the Chinese Consulate in Hong Kong? Or is there travel agent in Hong Kong which can arrange such visas?

- as a Hong Kong permanent ID holder, you are exempt from Hong Kong visa for 90 days.
but if your wife and children do not have the HK permanent ID, they have to apply the Macau visa, but can not apply in Hong Kong. they need to post their application documents to the Macau immigration department. or you can find a travel agency in hong Kong to apply the visa for them.Answered by Mindy | May. 10, 2013 21:04
