  Travelling around Shenzhen by bus and trains

  Hi!
  
  I will like to ask if Shenzhen buses and trains have english words written on the boards in order to guide tourists on how to go from site to site? In case we have difficulty speaking or asking around for help or guidance in Shenzhen, is there any number to call for help ?

• there are clear English signs and announcement in the subway station or train station, but not all the buses. you can ask for help from the locals as many people speaks English there.
  or you can print or write down the Chinese name of your destination and show it to taxi drivers or the locals, then they will know where you want to go.
