  Applying for Chinese Visa in Laoag

  Hi! I'm from Baguio City and I wonder if I could apply for Z visa in Laoag instead of in Manila since it is the nearest consulate to where I live. I don't want to spend hours of travel that I could have saved if I do my application in Laoag. By the way, I've been to Shanghai recently for a study (X visa), and I obtained my visa from Manila. Thank you.

• if you obtained your last visa from Manila, i'm afraid you have to apply the visa in Manila this time, becuase Baguio city belongs to the consulate district of Chinese Embassy in Manila.
