  a Pakistani passport with NIE, How do I get business visa to attend a conference in China on 1-3 Nov

  Dear Sir / Madam,
  
  I am a Pakistani Passport holder and have a NIE (spanish resident permit). I have to attend an International Conference in Beijing on 1st November, 2013.
  
  Please advise me how I can apply for Chinese Visa from Barcelona. I have an invitation letter from the Conference too.
  
  Do I need to go to Madrid to obtain my Visa?or by going to Chinese Consulate in Barcelona, I can get the Visa?Or can I apply by post?

• you should apply a F visa. download the visa application form from the official website of Chinese consulate in Barcelona and complete it. stick your recently taken passport-size photo to the application form. your passport with at least 2 blank pages are also required.
  
  you should apply through the Chinese consulate in Barcelona if you live or work there.
  i think you can get the visa if you can provide all the required documents.
  the consulate does not accept application by post.
