Visa for spouse and children of Macau blue card holder
I just got an employment offer in Macau and the company is now processing my blue card. I would like to have my family come with me. Is it possible that I apply for my family's visa right away even if I just received my blue card? How long will the process go, how much will the processing fee cost and what are the requirements? I am a Filipino by the way. Hoping to get some response.
Thank you!Asked by Ana (Philippines) | Sep. 05, 2013 06:58Answer Question

- 1. yes, it is possible. as long as you are granted "Non-resident Worker's Temporary Authorization to Stay" (aka "red stamp"), you can apply the Special Authorization to Stay for your family (only your spouse, and first-level lineal ascendants of you and your spouse).
2. it takes approximately 50 days, and it is free of charge
3. requirements:
a. A completed application form for "Special Authorization to Stay";
b. Declaration signed by you to express consent to the application (if the application is made by your spouse and kids);
c. Copy of "Non-resident Worker's Identification Card" / "Revenue Receipt" / "Non-resident Worker's Authorization to Stay" application form which passes the primary examination;
d. 2 copies of your valid passport (bio data page only, and the inside page containing a valid "Type D – Stay endorsement" for "Two-way Exit Permit" holders) or identification document used for entry to and departure from Macao;
e. 3 copies of your spouse and kids' valid passports (bio data page only); [Note: The original of the document should be exhibited for authentication after they enters Macao.]
f. Copy of document of kinship between you and your family (your marriage certificate and the birth certificate of your kids)
g. Copy of pay slip or equivalent document of the last 3 months (if you are hired through unnamed "employment authorization");Answered by Nina | Sep. 05, 2013 21:07 - Hi Ms. Ana!
