have you obtained the visa to Mainland China?
if you got one, you can go. or you have to apply Chinese visa at the Chinese Embassy or consulate General in your country before leaving.
if you are just visiting Hong Kong, you don't need to apply the visa, as Filipino passport holders are exampt from Hong Kong visa for 14 days.
