  Halal food and 'hal day city tour'?

  Hello,
  
  I'll be staying in Silka Seaview Hotel for my trip in next january. I was informed by the hotel that they do not serve halal food. So, I need your help. Where I can find halal food around silka sea view hotel, yau ma tei? Is is easy for me to get halal food for breakfast, lunch and dinner? how about halal food in certain tourist places such as tsim sha tsui area, disneyland, ocean park, victoria peek, aberdeen fish village and stanley market?
  
  Other than that, I was wondering if I could take 'half day city tour' in HK instead of travelling around by my self. Can you suggest which tourism board in HK offer half day city tour and night city tour with affordable package?

• i only find one restaurant selling Lanzhou Noodles, about 400 meters from the hotel, near the Yau Ma Tei MTR station.
  another one is near the Tsim Sha Tsui station, about 1.4 km from the hotel.
