  Do non-chinese residents need to pay extra money for LED Television of 40 inch in Shanghai Airport?

  my parents are coming to china from USA . They are on transit visa at China and then go for Nepal. they are bringing LED TV of 40 inch with them. Should they need to pay any extra money to clear custom?
