  Im planning to stay 16 days in hongkong can i apply visa extension of stay when i reach hongkong

• no, Filipino passport holders are exempt from Hong Kong visa for 14 days. You need to apply the visa if you want to stay longer.
  but it may be difficult for you to visit Hong Kong recently due to the hostage crisis.
