  Going Taipei on 1st February 2014

  Hi, I'm going Taipei during Chinese New Year from 1feb to 8feb 14. I would like to know how's the weather be like in day & night? How cold will it be (I'm afraid of cold) & will it be raining?
  
  
  Shopping & night market will be open during Chinese New Year ? Where can I find pet stores?

• it won't be cold. The temperature will be 10 - 20 ℃, but it will probably rain. It rained for the whole month in last Feb.
  shops and night market are open during the Chinese New Year, but will be closed earlier at the New Year's Eve (30 Jan, 2014).
  you can find pet stores at the Shilin Nigh Market.
