Question about China Embassy in Spain

  What kind of visa and from where?

  I'm English and work on a cruise ship visiting Barcelona. I'm married to a Chinese girl and have a house in China. I had a working visa which runs out soon but I will need to get another visa as my contract ends in March and I want to return to China for my vacation. Can I get a visa from Barcelona and what kind do I need? Should I just get a toursit visa cause I'll only be there for 6-8weeks before I have to leave for work again?

• if your current Chinese visa is still valid that enables you to enter China, i suggest that you extend it before it expires in China.
  if it expires before you go back to China, you need to apply a new visa. this time, you can apply for a business visa (M type)
