  To go or not to go Taiwan during 1 Feb 2014 of CNY holidays??

  Heard that Taiwan like mainland China do celebrate CNY and is a major holiday for them. Please highlight me on this thx

• it is ok to go Taiway during the Spring Festival.
  but some shops may be closed earlier in the afternoon during the holiday.
