• yes, you can.
  if you go at weekend, you can go to the Northern Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda to take the Huanshan Bus No.1 to Louguantai. the buses are available between 08:00 and 10:00.
  during weekdays, you can go to Xian Bus Station at Fengqing Road to take the bus to Louguantai.
