Question about Visa Refusal
-
Will they only give me a 14 day visa ... what to do next?
A little background information.. I am from England and came to China before back in 2012. I renewed it the first time in Mainland China and the second in Hong Kong... in the hopes of getting a work visa organised.
After the 2nd renewal, I left to go back home to the UK as the school was taking too long to organise the documents.
I have come back to China now (arrived mid January) with a 30 day visa off my own back, whilst looking for a job. I am currently in Hong Kong and went to the Forever Bright agency today to get a 60 day, multi entry visa and they said that it may be refused, or they may just give me a 14 day visa, as I have had renewals previously. How likely is it that they will only give me a 14 day visa? And what options do I have it that is the case? I want to work and teach here for a year!!! Will I have to go back to England?? Please help if you know the answer / have any suggestions!!!Asked by British Lady (United Kingdom) | Feb. 12, 2014 06:16Answer Question

- you may probably only get a 14 day visa.
my suggestion is that you use the 14 days to look for a job in Mainland China, and get back to Hong Kong and wait for your work visa in Hong Kong.Answered by Wendy | Feb. 17, 2014 21:43
