  Convicted and sentenced in USA of white collar theft

  I was Convicted and sentenced in USA of white collar theft in 2010. I am living in the Philippines now and would like to visit beijing for 4 days as part of a package tour. Will I be rejected for a temporary tourist visa because of this conviction? I have no other crimes
