i try to apply another one but they denied it again..and they said that i have my the same name..and my name is black listed what can i do?please help me as far as i know i dont have any bad record...

oh, sorry to hear that.
i don't think the problem is your name. The Embassy can recognize different persons from their passport numbers and other information, even their names are the same.
you'd better not apply the visa in the following few months.
