Question about China Entry Regulations

Passport getting expired in 4 months.
My passport is valid till 31/08/14.
Chinese visa entry is valid till 27th April. Stay in China is valid for 30 days.
I ma leaving for China on 15th April. Travel agent says passport validity should be at least 6 months to enter in China. Chinese immigration may create problem or can deport also. Please advice. Whether to travel or not.Asked by Sunil Paralkar (India) | Apr. 12, 2014 08:01Answer Question

- yes, you can travel with your current passport.
the Chinese embassy usually requires a passport with a validity of at least 6 months when you apply the visa. Since you have already gotten the visa, it is ok for this trip. i think there will be no problem if you present the return air tickets at the immigration.Answered by Nancy | Apr. 13, 2014 21:58
