Question about Beijing Subway Line 2

  Need step by step route directions from Fuchengmen station to Tiananmen East.

  i've been adviced to ride the metro to the Forbidden City as well as the Tiananmen square. My hotel is close to the Fuchengmen station. I'd appreciate any other tips. thanks

• At Fuchengmen metro station, take subway line 2 to Fuxingmen, where transfer to line 1 and get off at Tiananmen East!
