  Is the china's Postal service closed on "observance days" like Arbor Day ?

• Hi, abhijeet
  In China, the China Post opens on most of the observance days, such as arbor days on March 12, if the days are in weekdays. But I am not very sure whether its branches in USA open or not in those days.
