Question about China Embassy in Philippines
-
Working visa Type Z denied.
visa rejection
I apply working visa in the chinese embassy here in philippines. I wonder why they denied because I have all the requirements they need. I submitted employment license from china, inivitation letter from my employer, working contract, application form with photo white background attached. Photocopy of my passport front and back and my emploment certificate from previous work. I submitted my employment certificate from my previous employment but I only gave them 1 year experience. But I have other employment certificate from my other employer before. So I have 2 years experience for work before. I wonder why they denied my application for working visa. I asked the counter if why they denied, the guy on counter 1 said they didnt know about that, he said the consular only knows about refusal of visa. I also ask them if I they can give some of my original documents like employment certificate fron my previous employer but they said they couldnt give the documents back to me. I wanna know if theres any other way to reapply again for working visa. I also asked them if how to reapply again, they said after 6 months I cpuld be able to apply again. I am so depressed for what happened and my employer in shanghai china didnt expect that the embassy will denied my application. I also have 2 cousins in shanghai china so they recommended me there to their friend. I also had a interview but the giel keep saying that I will work in shanghai as waiter but I said I will work there as consultant. but she keeps on saying that I will worl there as waiter. Is there any way to apply visa again but will not take for 6 months?Asked by Crisostomo Ureta (Philippines) | Jul. 15, 2014 09:14Answer Question

- I'm afraid you can do nothing but wait for another six months to apply for a visa again.Answered by Lina (AR) | Jul. 15, 2014 21:05
- I guess your visa was denied because of the nature of your job. They approve working visa for teaching or company corporate or work in any petrol research only.
