Hi, you can go to local Chinese consulate to apply for a HK visa. Besides the regular documents required, you need show a proof of your lega stay there, with the info of your name, nationality, occupation, purpose of the visit, the planned date of entry and financial conditions.

Round-trip air ticket and hotel booking proof should also be presented. You may need send your application form to HK for approval.
