Question about China Embassy in United States of America

  Chicago chinese visa office never answers calls? Live in Michigan.

  I applied for my tourist visa on July 3rd, they told me I should receive it within 2wks. I paid everything and gave them an envelope w/stamps for them to mail it to me. It's almost 3wks and I haven't received anything. I'm leaving for China August 5th, i'm starting to worry! No one ever answers the phone and it says voicemail full! (312)453-0211?
