Question about Macau Visa

to visit Macau then China then back Bangladesh from China. need apply separate for visa?
I am AZM khorshed Alam Chowdhury, working in agricultural research in Bangladesh. I will attend in an international seed conference (APSA) in Macau from 9-15 November, 2014. after finished the conference, i like to visit China from Macau for about 10 days to visit different agricultural companies. Then i want to back Bangladesh from China. Now, i seek your advice for visa processing. Can i apply for visa same time for both country visit? or need to apply separately.
I will be grateful if you suggest me the easiest way of visa application.
