Can I bring candy in manufacturer sealed bags?
My son is getting married in Wuhan. I am bringing 27 pounds of candy in my luggage, as he requested, for the wedding candy bar. All the bags of hard candy and gummy bears are factory sealed. Do I need to declare the candy? Will it be confiscated?
