  Exiting China with USD20,000

  Hi, can i exit China while i'm in possession with USD20,000 in cash ?

• I'm afraid not. As I know, each person is allowed to take 5,000USD to leave China. If you will take 10,000USD, you need to get a proof (Foreign Currency Holding Certificate/Permit) from the bank. For the extra, you'd better deposit in your bank card.
