Question about Visa Refusal
-
I am Chinese, last year I became an Australian citizen and have now been refused a visa to China
When my wife made application for a visa to visit her parents, she was was asked for her Chinese passport, she explained that she could not find it, she was told that she had to go home and find it, she said she would but asked the question what could she do if she could not find it, the Chinese embassy clerk kept saying she had to search even if it took months, he told her to go away and he told her he could refuse to issue a visa.
she did find the Chinese passport and made a new application, and again it was refused, she tried to find out why it was refused, and the man accused her of being rude and arrogant kept pointing his finger at her and refused to talk in English when she tried to, other Western Australians applicants were clearly disturbed by the mans attitude, during these meetings she never raised her voice or showed anger.
One of the girls at the embassy said that she would have to apologize to the man or he will continue to refuse a visa, clearly the man expects my wife to kiss his feet because she is Chinese which she is no longer willing to do now she lives in Australia, she has not shown any disrespect just asked questions "What If"
Is there any source she can complain to, she has done nothing wrong.Asked by Rodney Pohl (Australia) | Jan. 14, 2015 05:47Answer Question

- I am so sorry to hear about this. Here is still one way. Ask your wife to turn to an agent, which usually has short cuts to get passports or visas. You just need to pay them some service fee and probably your wife can get it soon.
Give it a try and good luck.Answered by Jusha | Jan. 19, 2015 20:42
