hong kong transit visa
I got deported from hong kong in 2012 because I didnt have visa to enter the country. They didnt put any stamps on my passport and they said they not gonna put any records. Im going to japan this May and I have transit in hong kong. Do I have to mention about the previous incident in visa application when I apply for transit visa.

- Are you australia passport holder? If so, it is regulated that you are exempt from visa for 90 days in HK. So no visa is needed for your transit in HK. Take it easy! They won't ask for a visa and you'd better not talk about the deporting matter in 2012.Answered by Henry | Feb. 12, 2015 05:01

- Oh, I see. Then you need to aply for a transit visa in advance indeed. My suggestion is that if don't ask, don't tell your deporting thing.Answered by Henry | Feb. 13, 2015 20:57
