  Try to do it again. Can I ask my friends to bring two iPad Air 2 to China to my mother and brother?

• If they are two new ones, 20% tax is needed to pay for each of them. But if they are just for self use, no tax is charged. That is to say, you can unpack them and ask your friends to take. Also declaration at the border is necessary.
