  For Macau Visa Application

  Dear Ana ..I worked 4 months already in Macao and my husband too . We had 7 months baby boy , we would like to apply visa for my son . Please tell me how can we apply . Thank you,

• Hi Zar Zar, these are the documents required for your son's visa application:
  1. A completed application form for "Special Authorization to Stay";
  2. Declaration signed by yiu or your husband to express consent to the application;
  3. The copy of your "Non-resident Worker's Card"application form which passes the primary examination;
  4. 2 copies of your valid passport or identification document used for entry to and departure from Macao;
  5. 3 copies of your son's valid passport or identification document used for entry to and departure from Macao [Note: The original of the document should be exhibited for authentication after the applicant enters Macao;
  6. Copy of document of kinship between u and your son;
  
  After all the necessary documents are submitted, the Subdivision will issue an "Application Acceptance Receipt" to your son. With these, your son can get a "Special Authorization to Stay" in Macao to be with you and your husband. For more exact info, I suggest you directly consult the authority by dialing 853 2857 3333
