  How to take train or plane from Guangzhou to Beijing to visit great wall?

• By plane: several schedules are on each day and it takes only 3h to reach Beijing. As the aire ticket fare varies a lot, I can just tell you the fee in recent days - CNY1,200-1,450
  By train: you can take a high-speed train at the South Train Station and the whole journey takes around 10h. You will arrive in Beijing West Station. And the first class seat costs CNY1,380 and the second class seat costs CNY862.
  
  After landing at PEK, you can take a taxi for a round trip for the Great Wall. It costs CNY400-500. Upon getting to Beijing West, take subway line 9 to National Library, where transfer to line 4 and get off at Xizhimen. Then walk to the North Train Station to take a train to Badaling Great Wall in 80min and it costs CNY6.
